Hello! We are sorry to have moved the sock portions. This only goes for the plain background socks, Because socks are currently not available in our NC location we would not be able to complete them there. Flip flops are available for fulfillment in our Latvia facility, however, we would not be able to ship to a military base from there. We can proceed in to Change the delivery address to a non-military base address so we can ship the order out from our Latvia facility. If you have any other questions, let me know. All the best!
